1. GENERAL

1.1 Please credit me as the artist whenever you post or display my work anywhere.
1.2 Out of respect for my time, please do not “bait” me with a potential commission—for example, by sending recommendations or discussing detailed commission information before the commission has been officially confirmed. Of course, it is completely fine to ask me whether I would be comfortable drawing certain things before deciding whether to commission me.
1.3 The client should provide a commission request while avoiding unnecessary information that is not directly relevant to the image itself.
1.4 The client agrees that, out of respect for copyright, I will not reproduce a desired composition, pose, etc. created by another artist exactly as it is.
1.5 Reselling, trading, tracing, or modifying my work in any way is prohibited, except for adding it to thumbnails and cropping it for publication.
1.6 Please do not use voice messages to create or discuss a commission, as I do not want to risk making a mistake while working on it.
1.7 I reserve the right to refuse a commission if you communicate with me in a rude manner or if your request is beyond my current skill level.
1.8 I do not accept NSFW commissions if any characters depicted in the image are underage.
1.9 I will not accept an NSFW commission if explicit photos of real people are provided as references/examples (exceptions may be possible, but please ask me first).
Please use drawn or 3D-created images as references instead.
1.10 Do not use my artwork for AI!

2. COMMUNICATION WITH ME

2.1 Since English is not my native language and I am still learning it, please be patient when communicating with me.
2.2 I send WIPs at the stages where they are available and do my best to meet the previously agreed deadline. Please do not ask me to send daily updates. :)
2.3 You can contact me through my social media. My time zone is Kyiv (EET/EEST), so please keep this in mind if you do not receive an immediate response from me.
2.4 If you have sent me a message and I have read it but haven't replied, feel free to remind me!
2.5 Whenever I send you a WIP of your image at any stage, I expect either feedback/corrections or approval to proceed to the next stage. If you take a long time to respond, the completion time of the commission may be extended accordingly.

3. PROCESS

The process consists of several stages:
rough sketch → clean sketch → line art → base colors → shadow → rendering
3.1 I provide 3 free revisions at each of these stages.
3.1.2 Once you have used all of your free revisions, I may charge an additional fee for further revisions. The price will depend on factors such as the complexity of the requested change and the current stage of the artwork.
3.2 Please note that the main composition is finalized and approved at the clean sketch stage. After that, I do not accept major composition changes.
3.3 Please keep your feedback short and concise unless the situation requires otherwise.
3.4 You are welcome to draw over my artwork to give me a clearer idea of what you would like me to change!
3.5 Once I have finished the rendering, I do not accept major revisions that require changes to fundamental parts of the image (such as the line art, composition, or rendering).

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment is made via PayPal.
4.2 Full payment (100%) is required after the sketch with the overall composition has been approved.
4.3 You may split the payment into installments if you do not currently have the full amount available. The completion time may be extended depending on the duration of the payment plan.
4.4 If you promise to pay for a commission but fail to fulfill your commitment for approximately a week without any explanation, I will cancel the commission. I also reserve the right to use your sketch at my own discretion, including reselling it.
4.5 The prices listed in my price sheet are not final. Please keep in mind that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

5. REFUNDS

5.1 If you cancel a commission while it is in progress, I will keep a minimum of 25% of the payment, depending on how much work has already been completed, and refund the remaining amount.
5.2 The refund timeframe will be discussed with you individually.
5.3 In rare cases where I feel that I am simply unable to complete the commission, I may issue a partial refund depending on the amount of work I have completed. I will keep at least 25% of the total commission price.
